Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 9, 2026

1. Who we are

Bekigo LLC (“Bekigo”, “we”, “us”) is a Washington State limited liability company doing business as “Bekigo”, based in Seattle, WA. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

2. Information we collect

3. How we use your information

4. Payment processing

Card payments are processed by a third-party payment processor (currently Stripe). Bekigo does not store full card numbers on our systems; we receive a token and limited transaction metadata. The payment processor’s privacy policy applies to its handling of payment information.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers we use to operate the business (payment processor, accounting, email, infrastructure), under contracts that limit how they may use it, or when required by law.

6. Retention

We retain client and billing records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet our legal and tax obligations (typically seven years for financial records). Hosting backups are retained per the hosting plan and deleted on the published schedule. You may request deletion of records that are no longer required to be kept.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and routine backups. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify affected clients of a breach involving their information without undue delay.

8. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing bekigo-llc@googlegroups.com. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA; we honor verifiable requests in line with that law.

9. Children

Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
